My name is Jeyanthi Nair. I am a nutritional therapist. I help women to balance their hormones through nutrition, mindset work and health coaching and to bring vitality and exuberance to their lives. I offer a holistic approach in helping women regain their confidence and awareness towards their health. I have a particular interest in perimenopause as I am of that age myself and can understand the issues women face.
