About Jeyanthi
I never thought I would find my passion or could be happy. Up until I turned 40 this was the trajectory of my life – always searching for something and feeling like a victim of my own life. My life fell apart at 41 leaving me feeling completely out of control. Sometimes, maybe always, this needs to happen to be put back together again in a whole new way.
Do you get what I am saying?
Let’s backtrack a bit….
Cooking has been a love of mine since the age of 10 when my mother bought me my first cookbook. As an adult I became the go-to person for natural solutions for general health issues, drawn to the healing power of nature. Looking back, I realise I had always been very passionate about nutrition.
About ten years ago, I started going through my perimenopause journey, although I didn’t know it at the time. I was exhausted, bloated and very low in mood, bordering on depression. I had endometriosis and acne, and my confidence was at its lowest point. Doctors offered me anti-depressants but I knew that wasn’t the right path for me. Now we know that they can’t help for hormonal imbalances anyway. Studying nutrition helped me overcome these issues with natural therapies and sustainable lifestyle changes, and it continues to support me today.
I changed how I ate to manage my endometriosis and menstrual cycle pain. This dietary shift affected my hormones, and my adult acne started clearing up.These breakthrough moments were pivotal in my journey, highlighting the profound impact of nutrition on health and well-being
Now, I feel so blessed to have a qualification and the passion to help others transform their lives, through these debilitating health issues. My approach is unique, focusing on personalised plans, nature-based solutions, holistic methods, and sustainable lifestyle changes. There’s no deprivation or dieting, just a healthy way of looking at food.
I want you to enjoy the journey of changing your lifestyle to live an amazing, fulfilling life. When you work with me, we work together. Let’s embark on this journey to health and happiness.
About Jeyanthi
Finding my passion was something I never thought would happen to me until I had a space in my life when I could actually explore what that was. I have always loved cooking since the age of 10 when my mother bought me my first cookbook, and as an adult I was the one that people came to for natural solutions for general health issues because I was so drawn to nature bringing healing. I’m also a real foodie! Looking back, I realised I had always been very passionate about nutrition.

I was offered anti-depressants by the doctors which I knew was not right for me. Now we know that they can’t help for hormonal imbalances anyway. Studying nutrition has helped me overcome all these issues with natural therapies and sustainable lifestyle changes, and continues to do so whatever my needs are.
